- HubSpot (EU data hosting) stores supporter and member records.
- HubSpot sends email updates to people who have opted in.
- Stripe processes donations. Stripe also has its own legal duties for payments, described in its privacy policy.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable to each provider.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it. This includes reporting donations over €1,500 in a year to the Standards in Public Office Commission, which publishes donation statements.
How long we keep it

- Join form enquiries that do not lead to membership or volunteering: 12 months from your last contact, then deleted.
- People interested in standing for election who are not selected: 12 months after the selection decision.
- Members: for the length of your membership and 12 months after it ends.
- Volunteers: while you are active and 12 months after your last activity.

- Records of your consent: for as long as we hold your data and 2 years after, so we can show what you agreed to.
